HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR NEWSLETTER?
The fastest way to sign up is to return to our homepage where you can enter your mailing address and sign up straightaway without registering an account.

Alternatively, you can also set up an account with us. Not to worry, you do not have to purchase anything to set up an account with us. It will come in handy when you do buy something.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO SHOP ONLINE?
Yes. You must create an account with Magpie.sg in order to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy and free! We will keep your details confidential.

WHY SHOULD I BECOME A REGISTERED USER?

  • Registration provides you with the benefit of not having to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
  • You can browse, shop and have the option of completing your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. However, do note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

HOW DO I CHANGE DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?
Once you have registered an account with us, you can log in to your account anytime to modify any detail such as password or shipping address.

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
At the home page, click on a Category under the Shop tab. Click on an item to view the full product details. Choose a color or an item type (if any), and then click “Add to Cart”.

Once you have finished shopping, click on “View Cart” to review the item list in your shopping cart.

When you have confirmed the order list, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to confirm the order.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
You will receive a confirmation email after checking out. Alternatively, you could check your order status by clicking on the “Track Your Order” tab.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

PAYMENT

WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Funds Transfer to our various Bank Accounts.

You can also make payment via your PayPal account. All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by us.

SHIPPING

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
Our shipping policy is as per the below:

  • Singapore order that is below SGD100, shipping is at a flat rate of SGD4.00 and we will send the orders via registered mail or courier. We will email you the tracking number once the orders are shipped if we ship using registered mail.
  • Singapore order that is above SGD100, shipping is free. We will deliver to your stated address.
  • International shipping will be charged at the prevailing rates based on weight and size by SingPost. We will advise you on the cost of shipping via email before confirming the order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE GOODS AFTER I ORDERED?
We generally need 2 to 3 business days to prepare your order to send it out for shipment. Once shipment is done, we will send you a notification email and the goods should arrive within 2 to 3 days from then. Rest assured that we will try our best to get the goods delivered as soon as you submit the order.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN OFFICE ADDRESS?
Yes, we will ship to your office address. If we are unable to pass the parcel directly to you, we will leave them with the office receptionist. After which, we are not responsible for the parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not have a return policy. An exchange will be done only if the product(s) sent to you is incorrect or faulty.

  • All goods must be returned within 10 days from the original date of delivery with packaging intact and in resalable conditions.
  • Strictly no cash refunds will be done unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.
  • The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office. As such, we strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel.
  • We will only reimburse delivery charges for incorrect item sent and faulty products.

In the event where the product sent is incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issue as soon as possible. Kindly include as many details as possible for us to better assist you in the matter.
